Principal
Ms. Surya is a Computer Science graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Education in Mathematics and special education and brings over a decade of teaching experience, including the International Baccalaureate, Cambridge, and CBSE curriculums. She is also a mentor for the Cambridge International Certificate of Teaching and Learning at Chettinad Hari Shree Vidyalayam. Currently, she is pursuing a PG Diploma in School Leadership and Management.
She began her professional journey as an IB teacher. Her fascination lies in understanding how students construct knowledge and her interest in using questions and big ideas to drive meaningful teaching and learning. She strongly believes in influencing educators to rethink their roles in fostering curiosity, and a zest for learning in both themselves and their students.
Ms. Surya firmly believes in the power of proactive leadership, emphasizing values and encouraging a mind-set of continuous improvement. Her leadership philosophy centers on inspiring a shared vision, promoting collaboration, and creating an environment that nurtures both personal and professional growth.
Event Coordinator, Purna Vidya Educator
Ms. Annapoorani Prasad is a Commerce graduate by qualification. Her love towards learning and understanding the learners better, made her pursue a master’s degree in Applied Psychology. She is the event co-coordinator and also handles Purna Vidya at our school. She finds her purpose in teaching values to all learners and facilitates them to develop their inner growth, achieve inner peace and universal oneness with a holistic approach.
Grade 1, 2 & 3 Coordinator, Grade 4 Class Teacher
Ms. Premalatha, is a passionate educator with a master’s degree in English, Diploma in Elementary Education. She has over thirteen years of teaching experience in CBSE and ICSE schools. She is caring, patient and observant as a teacher. As a teacher, Ms. Premlatha lays emphasis on the socio-emotional wellbeing of children. She implements active learning strategies and experiential learning methods. She often considers the learning environment and time of the learners. She is a dedicated and hardworking facilitator who believes in making a connection with the children at their level and enabling each child’s potential.
Pre-primary Coordinator
Ms. Janani holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Education. With 11 years of experience in the field of education, she is passionate about creating a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young children. In her role as Pre-primary Coordinator, she is dedicated to guiding teachers, developing age-appropriate curriculum, and fostering strong partnerships with parents to support each child’s holistic growth and foundational learning.
