Weekend Enrichment Activities

We welcome children from our school and the surrounding neighbourhoods to join our Weekend Enrichment Activities!

Running exclusively on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, these engaging sessions are designed to spark creativity, build skills, and offer joyful learning experiences guided by experts.

Each season concludes with a special showcase event, where parents can celebrate their child’s achievements and participants receive certificates of completion.

Join us for an enriching weekend experience at Chettinad Hari Shree Vidyalayam!

1. Badminton

Sharpen your reflexes, boost your stamina, and enjoy the spirit of teamwork on the court! Learners will receive guided training in basic strokes, serving, footwork, and match practice.

Timings:

• Friday: 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 6:30 a.m. – 7:30 a.m.

Eligibility:

• Learners aged 8 years and above

2. Chess

Challenge your mind and learn the art of strategy! Chess builds concentration, problem-solving, and patience – essential skills for success both on and off the board.

Timings:

• Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
• Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

Eligibility:

• Learners aged 8 years and above

3. Western Dance

Step into rhythm and expression! The Western Dance sessions focus on building confidence, coordination, and creativity through upbeat choreography and fun routines.

Timings:

• Saturday: 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Sunday: 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Eligibility:

• Learners aged 8 years and above
