Teachers in Hari Shree observe and understand the unique profile of each student, and respond to their strengths and needs. In the formative years, till Grade 4, home room teaching with a co-teacher is offered to strengthen the student-teacher bonding and learning, laying a strong foundation for Middle and High School.
Circle time gets the child physically and emotionally ready, and is crucial in setting the stage for effective learning. A major part of circle time in Hari Shree is devoted to mindfulness – being aware of oneself, the environment and peers without being judgmental. It’s a space which helps children develop self-reflection, empathy and resilience.
Students are provided with guidance and counselling for their academic, social and emotional development. Students and parents are supported by the school counselor as per the needs of the student.
